I highly recommend Elsa and Tony Fuentes as a realtor that has your best interest when buying a home. I can’t speak highly enough of Elsa Fuentes and the Fuentes team as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has so much patience that is much need it when buying a house. Elsa was truly exceptional. I met her through my parents and from hearing great things about her as an exceptional person and realtor. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in Orlando Florida ;and I’m so thankful I did! The Fuentes team were always available for home tours, questions and concerns .Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back or texted no longer than 5 minutes later.They gave me an incredible amount of information gathering about the process;The delivery of the information was straightforward; presented any information that came up , and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward with the purchase of the house. They really treated the situation like they are purchasing the property themselves or for a family member – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potential chaotic purchase process very simple. I highly recommend Elsa and the Fuentes’s team to anyone that wants a great realtor agent besides them through such an important step in anyone’s life . Betty D

Highly likely to recommend. Such a pleasure to have had the opportunity to purchase property with Elsa and Tony Fuentes. So much of a pleasure that we invested on multiple dwellings (house, condo., etc..) I recommend using Elsa and Tony Fuentes to anyone interested in buying a home. Tony and Elsa Fuentes provided superb customer service during the sale of my house. They went beyond their responsibilities as realtors to ensure I understood what was required of me as the seller and helped clarify any issue that occurred during the home selling process. They hold true to the real estate agents code of ethics and always display selfless behavior. If you want a very easy selling experience, this is the team to work with. My condo was sold for a higher price than i thought it would go for. They were able to negotiate terms that satisfied both the buyer and myself. The were very quick to respond to concerns and questions, and were always helpful and friendly. I will use them in all of my future real estate transactions.

Elsa, Tony and Crystal are wonderful people who helped us to find our home as first buyers 8 years ago. They are responsible and committed to their job; that is why, we chose them again to sell our home this year. They work hard and they are always there to provide their clients with their best service. With their professionalism, they helped us to have a nice selling process taking care of all the details that were necessary for us. My home sale fell apart, and the Fuentes Team came to my rescue. I can't thank Tony and Elsa enough for their incredible support during my recent home selling and buying journey. As a first-time seller, I faced a lot of twists and turns, especially when two days before closing on my first home, the buyer's lender denied the loan due to an unexpected issue with their debt-to-income ratio. I was in disbelief, feeling like everything was falling apart. However, Tony and Elsa stepped in with unwavering determination and expertise. They worked tirelessly to find solutions, ensuring that both the sale of my first home and the purchase of my new one stayed on track. In the end, we sold to Opendoor, which reduced the equity a bit but still provided us with more than enough to secure our new home. Their dedication and professionalism made all the difference. Even though we closed a month late, they kept all parties engaged and focused, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Now, I’m happily settled into my new home, and I couldn’t have done it without Tony and Elsa.
